Advocate Palak Pahwa is a dedicated Tax Advocate at Pahwa Associates, representing the new generation of legal professionals who combine strong academic credentials with real-world corporate experience. She is the daughter of the firm’s founder, Advocate Ashok Pahwa, and carries forward the legacy of integrity, expertise, and client-focused service.

Palak completed her schooling from St Theresa’s convent school karnal and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi (DU). She then pursued her Law degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, followed by an MBA from Narsimunji University, Mumbai strengthening her understanding of both legal frameworks and business realities.

Before entering full-time legal practice, Palak worked for four years in auditing at EY Global, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. During this period, she developed strong analytical skills, exposure to complex financial structures, and an in-depth understanding of compliance processes. This experience now gives her a sharp, corporate-informed approach to taxation law.
